概要
This is a basic course that focuses on the synthesis and properties of polymer materials. Various polymer materials have been developed and are being used in our daily lives. In this course, the physico-chemical properties of polymers and polymerization reactions will be described to provide a deep understanding of polymer materials. This lecture corresponds to item 4 in the curriculum policy.
目標
Course goal: To learn the concepts of polymer science and gain knowledge of polymerization reactions and basic properties of polymers that would be useful for polymer research. This lecture corresponds to items 3 and 4 in the diploma policy.
授業外の学習
Many concepts in this lecture are new to many students. So, preparing for the lecture material distributed in advance is essential. Exercises will be given in lectures to deepen students' understanding of the lecture content. Also, understanding the contents of lecture materials and exercises should be done outside of class time as a review. Read the lecture materials for the class in advance (90 minutes) Review the content, focusing on problems that were not understood or answered in the previous class (100 minutes)
