概要
Regardless of the numerous courses taken and the knowledge acquired, in order to conduct the graduation research further specific knowledge is still required. The accumulated until the moment that the student joints the graduation research laboratory represents the base where upon additional advanced specific knowledge related to the research topic must be built upon. In this Seminar I course the student is expected to acquire specific knowledge from specialized books and publications related to the graduation research. In order to confirm the validity of the acquired knowledge and to acquire additional presentation skills the student is expected to make oral presentations. This course is based on the Green Science Program Curriculum Policy 5. This policy implements a small number of students per laboratory, understanding of advanced fields, presentation of results, acquisition of skills as a researcher, and acquisition of necessary abilities that allow the students the application of theoretical and technical skills into applications and development.
目標
The objective of this course is by reading technical books and publications that represents the literature pertinent to the research topic the student acquires the necessary knowledge and skills for the conduction of the graduation research. Additionally, by making oral presentations and discussions the student is expected to develop the communications skills of a scientist.
授業外の学習
The student reads the books and literature given by the advisor and understands the contents properly (90 min). If necessary, prepare a resume (about 100 min).
