概要

Students read technical books and papers in terms of research topic in informatics. Based on that, students make presentations to introduce papers. This course aims to acquire broad and fundamental knowledge for conducting master research. This course is related to a part of the curriculum policy 2: "They will conduct research on a specific theme; and therefore acquire profound professional knowledge of their theme in a broad context and learn about research procedures, organization and ethics."

目標

The objective of this course is to acquire broad and fundamental knowledge for conducting master research. The goal of this course is relevant to a part of the diploma policy 2: "Acquisition of expertise that will lead to leadership in cutting-edge research and development in global environmental sciences, engineering and associated disciplines, and the ability to develop new technologies and explore new fields."

授業外の学習

Preparation: 150 minutes Students read technical books and papers, and understand the content. Based on that, students make presentations to introduce papers. Review: 40 minutes After the class, students should review based on the discussion.
