SEMINAR IN GREEN SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING 1B

概要

This course is aims at teaching the students the necessary skills for conducting research. The students will have to read a lot of material and understand the basic attitude and orientation they should have for research. They will also learn how to write the research results as thesis and in scientific journals. Finally, they will learn the skills to present the research results in conferences and to the general public. Students will conduct research on a specific theme; and therefore acquire profound professional knowledge of their theme in a broad context and learn about research procedures, organization and ethics (Curriculum Policy #2 of Green Science and Engineering Division)

The objective of the course are: Learn the attitude required for conducting research Learn the analysis skills to conduct research Learn the programming skills to implement research projects Learn how to write thesis and journal articles Learn how to present research projects and results This course aims at the acquisition of expertise that will lead to leadership in cutting-edge research and development in Sciences, Engineering and associated disciplines, and the ability to develop new technologies and explore new fields (Diploma Policy #2 of Green Science and Engineering Division)
