概要

In order to gain the basic knowledge necessary for research for the Master's thesis, each student will present the content of a relevant text in a round-table format and discuss the content. In addition, each student will explain the contents of a scientific paper written in English several times. Through this process, students gain in-depth specialist knowledge and learn how to carry out and summarize their research.

目標

・To obtain the basic knowledge of low-temperature physics and superconducting properties necessary for carrying out research in superconductivity. ・To obtain the ability to understand the contents of the research paper through explanation and discussion of the contents of the scientific paper written in English several times. ・To obtain the expertise to work at the forefront of physics and related fields, as well as the ability to explore new fields and develop new technologies.

授業外の学習

[Preparation] (Duration: approximately 80 minutes for each session). ・Preparation and preparatory study such as making slides to explain the contents of the text. ・Preparation for explaining the contents of academic articles in English. [Review] (Duration: approximately 110 minutes each session). ・Review the contents of the textbooks and academic papers in order to understand them in depth, and apply them to subsequent research.
