概要
In this class we are going to define the research themes. Under the guidance of the teacher students will carry out their own research. Actuve learning: discussions, problem based learning (PBL), presentation The course follows curriculum policy 2, learning fundaments of mechanical engineering in English; curriculum policy 4 by applying the abilities to “manufacturing and system building”; curriculum policy 5 by understanding cutting-edge disciplines and work of a researcher.
目標
The aim is to teach students how to conduct research from the beginning. The course follows diploma policy 2, so that students will be able to address science and technology issues by studying the fundaments of science and technology; diploma policy 4 gaining the ability to develop ingenious technologies of “manufacturing and system building”; diploma policy 5 through application of gained knowledge in original research.
授業外の学習
各授業後,学生は以下の学習活動に従事することが期待されており,合計300分となります: ・割り当てられたプロジェクトに取り組む(150分) ・指定された文学作品を読む(90分) ・過去の1週間に行われた作業と今後の1週間に計画されている作業の要約を準備する(60分) *** After each class, students are expected to engage in the following study activities, totaling 300 minutes: ・Work on the assigned project (150 minutes). ・Read the assigned literature (90 minutes). ・Prepare a summary of the work conducted in the past week and planned for the upcoming one (60 minutes).
