概要
言語学の研究を行う上で必須となる音声学・音韻論のコアの知識を確実に身につけるため，概観的なテキストを読み，必要に応じて実習を行う．また，音声学・音韻論が一般言語学の理論や応用にどのように関わるかについても学習する．学生による分担発表と教員による解説を交互に行い進めていく．
目標
言語学を研究する上で必要な音声学と音韻論の基礎知識を身につけること，および自分で選んだ言語の音声や音韻に関わる現象を分析し，研究論文を書くための実践的な手法を知ること．
