経営組織論特講Ⅱ

概要

The purpose of this course is to help students to deepen understanding of cutting-edge research on organisation studies and ideally to utilise the understanding for their own master thesis' research. The reading assignment (academic paper published in top journals) for the following class will be decided by a student, who then will present it in the following week. Students are expected to write a research proposal in the final term paper about the topics covered in the course. The class schedule is subject to change depending on circumstances.

目標

By the end of this course, students will be able to (1) critically review papers on organisation studies published in top journals (2) be familiar with the topics covered in the course (3) come up with and communicate their own research idea

授業外の学習

Students are expected to (1) choose a reading assignment and present it at least once, (2) be prepared for each class by completing reading assignment, (3) actively participates in the in-class discussion, (4) present and write a final paper for the assessment.
