概要

On this course, you will apply the study skills you developed in Academic Communication 1 to study an academic subject or topic. You will be able to deepen your understanding about a topic and further develop your knowledge, language and critical thinking skills. This course aims to develop students' understanding of creativity and innovation in a world of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). Students will actively participate in class discussions and critically reflect on course readings as well as topics of their choice. Students will also engage in individual and group research to identify relevant and credible sources to generate their own ideas for innovation. Students will explore effective ways of conveying ideas to others through role-plays and presentations.

Upon completion of the course, students should be able to: - apply key concepts to their own experiences and contexts - analyze, apply and synthesize content from course materials in discussions and presentations - critically reflect on their own learning trajectory
