概要
To provide students with the basic details of International Business Law that should equip them with the relevant information required to carry out international transactions. Students who expect to work within an international business field should take this course. Students are expected to participate actively. The class and course materials will be in English.
目標
- To develop an understanding of the structure and key elements of the law governing international business. - To apply knowledge gained in order to recognise and deal with legal issues that may arise within the field of international business. - To gain basic skills of negotiation.
