概要
This class aims to provide students with an understanding of key legal texts in the study of law, and how to meaningfully read and use them. Such skills are not only fundamental to the study and practice of law but are useful for other disciplines. Classes will involve active discussion and one short (5 minutes or more) presentations. Written work assessed includes critical reflection “diaries” and a final short essay answer at the end of the semester.

授業外の学習
Every week, students are expected read materials provided before upcoming classes and be ready to contribute to discussion on the topic during class. When assessments are due, students will need to spend time outside of class preparing for such.
