概要

In this course we will read, discuss, and research Neil Gaiman's 'The Graveyard Book'. There will be spoken work in class, writing and research, and a final report.

目標

In this course we will read and study Neil Gaiman's 'The Graveyard Book'. The aim will be, in the course of reading the book, to research a variety of aspects of the book and to develop a variety of possible approaches to studying this text. The main aim will be to improve and deepen students' ability to discover and develop research aims and methods.

授業外の学習

Reading the text and other texts connected with this study. Some texts will be provided by the instructor, some will be sourced by the students. The course will require weekly writing on topics provided by the instructor.
