概要

This course offers an opportunity for students to develop negotiation skills applicable in a variety of fields. English will be the primary language used in the course. The main teaching format will be simulated negotiations in which students actively negotiate with each other. Students’ active participation in role playing exercises is essential. Through role playing, feedback from instructors and other students, discussions and lectures, students will learn basic theories of negotiation as well as practical skills to become more effective negotiators.

To understand the basic concepts and theories for better negotiations and to develop effective negotiation skills.

授業外の学習

The expected time for the work (reading text and/or relevant articles) outside of class is 2 hours/per class. For some classes, preparation for role playing exercises will be required.
