概要

You will be able to study academic subjects in a structured way at an undergraduate level. A CLIL approach will be employed so that you can learn the basic knowledge of the subject and the specialist language used in the subject in English. この科目群では,アカデミックな科目を体系的に英語で学びます。内容言語統合型学習(CLIL)を用い,科目の基本的な内容やその分野で使用される専門用語,学問分野を英語で身につける方法について学びます。 On this course, you will learn about Japan through the subject of Tourism. You will be able to widen your horizons and analyse and discuss aspects of Tourism in Japan in English. You will also be able to become proficient in explaining about Japan from a perspective of Tourism. このコースは観光の面から日本について学びます。英語で日本の観光について学ぶことで,視野を広げ,日本の観光について英語でも説明できるようになるための入門コースです。 You will learn practical English using all four skills through weekly writing assignments, frequent presentation and discussion, and dictation and other in-class activities.

目標

Learn about Japan and explain to others in English.

授業外の学習

Based on the content of the syllabus and textbook materials, students will be asked to preview/review the lessons. Homework in connection to the lessons will be given every week. Students are required to prepare a 200-word essay for each prefecture. Each lesson covers two to three prefectures.
