概要

本講義は,UDトラックスにおける各職種へのインターンシップに参加し,トラックを題材としたグローバルビジネスの実際に触れ,その実状,課題,取り組みについて学ぶものである。個別の専門領域を超えた学問横断的発想や,大学における知と現代社会との関係づけなど,多様な視点や事例を通して,急激に変化するグローバル社会に対応しうるより深い教養を身につける機会を提供する。 事前のガイダンスに出席することが必須である。 この講義は課題に関しての議論を行う。 This lecture provides an opportunity to participate in internships for various positions at UD Trucks, where students can get hands-on experience with global business operations centered around trucks. Students will learn about the realities, challenges, and initiatives in this field. The course aims to cultivate a more profound cultural knowledge that can adapt to the rapidly changing global society through interdisciplinary thinking that transcends individual areas of expertise and by linking knowledge at the university with contemporary society from various perspectives and examples. Attendance at the pre-lecture guidance is mandatory. Discussions on issues related to the course will be conducted.

目標

グローバルビジネスにおいて,その職種によりどのような課題があり,どのように解決していくのかという実際に触れ,必要とされる資質や取り組みを知る。グローバル社会,とりわけグローバルビジネスへの果敢な挑戦スピリットを醸成することが目的である。 In global business, students will experience the challenges faced by each job type and how to solve them, and learn about the necessary qualities and efforts. The purpose is to foster a spirit of bold challenge in global society, especially in global business.

授業外の学習

実習の担当部署より,課題,資料整理,資料作成などが要請される場合がある。２時間程度の予習が必要である。 The department in charge of training may request assignments, document organization, document creation, etc. Approximately ２ hour of preparation is required.
