GLP グローバルリーダーシップ・プログラム

概要

The Global Leadership Program (GLP) is an intensive program designed for students from 5 Jesuit Universities in East Asia for social engagement (Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines, Sanata Dharma University in Indonesia, Sogang University in South Korea, Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan, and Sophia University). The program is held for one week during the summer vacation each year. Participants require to prepare for the program by joining preparatory classes and group work. GLP aims to form leaders who can take important roles in a global society, understanding Christian humanist education through presentations, discussions, and fieldwork on specific topics related to modern society. The program will be conducted in English. The 2024 program is to be hosted by Sanata Dharma University in Indonesia. GLP(Global Leadership Program for Five Jesuit Universities in East Asia)は,アテネオ・デ・マニラ大学(フィリピン),サナタ・ダルマ大学(インドネシア),西江大学(韓国),輔仁大学(台湾)と本学の東アジアイエズス会系5大学が共同で夏期休暇中に1週間開催する実践的短期集中講座である。事前の準備講義やグループワークなどに出席する必要がある。 本講座では,現代社会に関する特定の課題について,プレゼンテーションやディスカッション,フィールドワークなどを行うことで,キリスト教的人間教育を理解し,グローバル社会で活躍するリーダーの育成を目指す。共通言語は英語である。 2024年度の本プログラムは,8月にサナタ・ダルマ大学(インドネシア)にて実施予定。

目標

GLP offers students opportunities for presentations and discussions on various themes common to human culture and well-being in modern society. It aims for students to deepen their mutual understanding and learn by deepening their thoughts through experiences of the differences in countries, regions, cultures, and socioeconomic situations. 本プログラムでは,現代社会における人類に共通するさまざまな課題を取り上げ,そのテーマに関する学生間での議論やプレゼンテーションの作成・共有を集中的に行う。互いの国や地域,文化,社会経済的な状況の違いを認識しあいながら共通のテーマについてともに考え,学ぶことで,参加学生同士による相互理解を深め,思考を深めることの意義を体験的に学ぶことを目指す。

授業外の学習

Active participation in the program is required, including reference to reading materials given by the instructor, prior lectures, group work, and active participation in the program. In addition to the content of the listed lesson plans, the local program also requires active participation, including interaction with other university students through fieldwork, group discussion, and group work throughout the stay. 講師から指示されたリーディング資料の参照,事前講義,グループワーク,プログラム自体への積極的な参加が求められる。また,現地プログラムでは,あらかじめ示された授業プランの内容に加えて,滞在期間中のフィールドワーク,グループディスカッション,グループワークなどを通じて,他の大学生との交流も含めた積極的な参加が求められる。
