概要

This course is speaking intensive. Lessons are primarily focused on developing basic speaking skills in the Tagalog Language. Classroom materials and discussions explore various themes on Filipino culture, Philippine society and current events. While developing speaking ability, courses give importance on learning correct grammatical structures. Course Emphasis The emphasis of this course is on oral language, sound patterns, and interpersonal communication. Intensive practice is provided on basic grammatical structures. The core vocabulary is approximately 500 words. このコースでは会話を中心に行います。この授業では,フィリピン語の会話能力を目指した集中授業を行います。フィリピンの文化・社会,時事問題などに関するさまざまなテーマについての資料を使う,議論をすることで,語学力を発展していきます。また会話力の向上と同時に正しい文法も学習します。 講義で重視する点 タガログ語表現力,音パターン,(発声パターン),読解力さらに対人コミュニケーション力の学ぶが図れるようにします。 また,基本文などによるシンプルな文章構造を練習します。核となる語彙は約５００語程度です。

目標

At the end of the course, students are expected to have learned basic sentence patterns and gained the ability to carry out basic conversation. They are further expected to have learned composing simple descriptions. Further, this course aims to: a. To provide students with the skills that will enable them to communicate orally with Tagalog native speakers and with people of other nationalities who have also learned this language. b. To develop the students’ intellectual powers through the study of another language. c. To increase the students’ understanding of how language functions and to bring them to a greater awareness of the functioning of their own language. d. To give students the experience of expressing themselves within another framework, linguistically and culturally. e.
