ENGLISH COMPOSITION A-2【Hｸﾞﾙ-ﾌﾟ】

概要

* Students wishing to retake this course are required to email the instructor before the first class. This course will build upon the academic writing skills developed during the spring term. The focus will be on how to select, integrate, and cite sources in APA style alongside learning how to write an argument essay. Paraphrasing and summarizing skills will be practiced. Students will review the multi-step process of writing an essay. Active learning will be an important component of this class, primarily through discussions and pair/group work.

授業外の学習

Students will have weekly writing and/or textbook assignments to be completed before class. Reading and research will also be required.
