概要
As the instructor was a CEO who has transformed four major organizations in Hong Kong, (namely, Dragonair, Ocean Park, Cathay Pacific Airways and Hang Lung Properties), the course highlights the practical lessons and experiences accumulated in his 42-year career. Students will share the experiences and obtain a better understanding of the top level business and strategy issues. The class is supposed to meet in the autumn semester 2024, but the class schedule is not fixed yet. The class details will be informed later through Loyola bulletin board. Students are advised to consult the bulletin board regularly.
目標
1. Build a solid foundation for students to learn advanced business management 2. Proffer a practical and comprehensive approach to help the students to become better executives in future
授業外の学習
Case Presentation: Students will compete in a case with a grand presentation in the last session. A detailed written report from each group is expected. The presentation and the report should demonstrate the understanding and in-depth analysis of the organization selected, as well as applying what they have learned.
