概要

This course uses an action learning approach to help students acquire the knowledge and skills needed to identify stakeholders and their needs in highly diverse business environments. Students will take on the challenges of managing stakeholders by prioritizing their issues, creating effective communication strategies, and engaging with them to develop solutions that balance the financial, social, and environmental priorities of sustainable business. Students will learn about real-world business problems from companies operating abroad, and various MBA-style tools and techniques for solving challenging business issues. This class has a simple design; use the textbook to complete all the assignments described in the syllabus. The link to the textbook as well as the assignments for each class are included in the syllabus, which students can check if they have any questions about the class during the semester. Students type their assignments into the template that the professor provides and then submit them by the day before the next class. Students can contact the professor anytime before, during or after the semester at [email protected].
