概要
Students will learn intermediate microeconomic theory, in particular, decisions of individual consumers and individual firms under perfect competition without externalities and information asymmetries, which will help them understand the effects of social policy. In this course, students will gain logical thinking skills and develop models to describe and analyze socioeconomic phenomena.
目標
Students will be able to formulate optimal behavior of consumers and firms in perfectly competitive markets into an economic model, solve the model, and find the resulting resource allocation.

Students are expected to read the assigned part of the textbook before each class and review the course materials after each class.
