DR. DISSERTATION TUTORIAL AND EXERCISE 3B

概要

This course is aims at teaching the students the necessary skills for needed as a science researcher. Students will learn how to read and write academic journals, cover the literature related to their intended research, and represent their research results in a paper. Students will also master the mindset of software development.

The objective of the course are: To learn how to do research as a researcher. To think about how one's own research is positioned in society. To be able to have a sense of a bird's eye view of one's own research field

授業外の学習

To advance research so as to be able to report at the weekly progress report meetings (once a week) on the theme of the Master's thesis research. Specifically, students should understand the contents of texts and papers related to the theme. Next, students should prepare materials to explain what they understand for the progress report meeting. In addition, the applicant should consider how to proceed with the explanations in order to make them easy to understand. The above preparation requires at least 20 hours of preparation per each. In addition, review the points pointed out or noticed during the exercise.
