論文演習 II(後期)

概要

This seminar focus on working towards conducting a research and writing a doctoral disseration. Students are required to make a progress report on his/her research. Students conduct a literature review, data-collection and analysis, and write a paper about their research findings. Besides the class, an individual consultation will be conducted independently. This seminar aims to get the ability to collect information on various social phenomena, Flexible and multidimensional cogitation and analyzing skills and the ability to appropriately conduct one’s research and compile the findings in an academic paper. This class will be conducted on the ZOOM and the link will be informed on the Loyola Bulletin Board.

目標

1.Acquire skills and methods of doing a research by conducting major steps towards completing doctoral studies. 2.Improve the presentation skills. 3.Acquire analytical and logical thinking

授業外の学習

1.Preparation for a presentation of his/her research progress (120 minutes) 2. Preparation of research papers (70 minutes) 3..Students are highly recommended to apply to an academic (internal/international) conference in order to have an oral presentation or poster presentation.
