概要
This course will cover all aspects of fundamental Human Resources Management, focusing on Japanese practice point of view, explaining every functional aspects comparing unique Japanese HRM practice to that of in other countries in general. The course may include expected self-work and group work outside of class, learning and thinking HRM in recent changing business environment.
目標
Understanding the fundamental of Human Resources Management, along with learning the history and the logic behind unique Human Resources Management practice in Japan. Students taking this course will learn strength and issues of unique Japanese HRM, along with HRM basics.
授業外の学習
Students are expected to read some pre-reading and learning materials, and have their thoughts for discussions and reports, in some classes. Reading assignments and preparation recomendation will be announced on Moodle as the course goes on. Before and after each class, bellow work hours expected; Pre-reading and report assingment require 90 minutes Other class preparation may require 40 minutes After class review assignment require 60 minutes,
