概要
授業の概要/Course description (*)必須/Entry Required Strategic Planning scholarship has been evolving in recent years due to the re-configuration of global markets and technological development in a disruptive acceleration. Strategic Planning is currently transforming to a sophisticated analytical instrument for international strategic planification in complex and uncertain global dynamics, including anthropogenic and non-anthropogenic catastrophes with new disruptive exogenous and endogenous factors in which business, institutions and markets have the urgent need for security, anticipation and preparedness. This advanced course offers strategic thinking training, introduces the students to the cutting-edge International Strategic Planning domain with the most relevant theories and methods, and provides the analytical tools for Strategic Planning, based on a novel framework of complex-uncertain scenario analysis, operationalized on five analytical vectors: Disruption, Complexity, Uncertainty, International Business-Economics and Security. Furthermore, my lecture is also practical-oriented, it will develop students’ capabilities to formulate, implement and execute Advanced Strategic Planning for a variety of traditional and emerging business sectors and industries such as: space, AI and machine learning, sustainable technologies, and natural resources, among others, towards disruptive, complex and uncertain global scenarios. Requirements: Students interested in taking this advanced course must have passed: IBE300
