概要
This course offers a foundational understanding of human resource management(HRM)concepts, theories, and applications involved in effectively managing people in organizations. Prerequisite: IBE300(Principles in Management)
目標
Main Course Objectives: 1. Understand the basic concepts and functions of human resource management. 2. Practice skills in recruitment & selection of employees. 3. Explore methods of training and development to improve employee performance. 4. Analyze performance management systems and their impact on organizational success. 5. Examine compensation strategies and their role in motivating employees. 6. Understand the principles of strategic HRM and its alignment with organizational strategy. 7. Learn HR trends 8. Apply HRM theories and practices to real-world scenarios.
